Dream Lab terms in plain language
These terms describe the rules for using Dream Lab, including your account, billing, generated content, acceptable use, and the limits of the service. They are written in plain language for launch, but they still matter.
Using Dream Lab
You may use Dream Lab for personal, non-commercial wellness and sleep-support purposes, subject to these terms and any app store rules or platform rules that apply to your device.
Dream Lab is designed for relaxation, bedtime routines, and reflective guidance. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, or emergency response. If you think you may be having a medical or mental-health emergency, do not rely on Dream Lab.
Eligibility and your account
You must be legally able to agree to these terms to use Dream Lab. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens through your Dream Lab account.
You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to keep it reasonably up to date.
Generated content and your inputs
Dream Lab generates Drift Guides, scripts, voices, music beds, cover art, and playback artifacts on your behalf. Because these outputs are machine-generated, they may vary from session to session and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every context.
You are responsible for the prompts, personalization details, and other content you choose to submit. You should not submit information you do not want processed to generate and store your sessions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Dream Lab, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems, abuse billing flows, infringe others’ rights, or use the service in a way that violates law.
You may not use Dream Lab to create or distribute unlawful, harassing, exploitative, or abusive content, or to test the boundaries of the service in a way that could harm other users or the platform.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid access, subscriptions, and top-off purchases are governed by the billing provider and store rules that apply to your platform. Prices, minutes, features, and plan structures may change over time.
If you start a paid plan, you authorize the relevant provider to charge the selected recurring or one-time amount. If you change or cancel a subscription, access may continue until the end of the current billing period, subject to provider rules. Refunds, if any, are governed by the provider handling the transaction unless we say otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property and limited license
Dream Lab and its branding, software, site design, and service materials are owned by Dream Lab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dream Lab for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms. This license ends if your access is suspended, terminated, or you stop using the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, pause, or discontinue parts of Dream Lab at any time. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always remain available.
Disclaimers and limits
Dream Lab is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user or purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Lab and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you and does not allow us to waive.
Termination and deletion
You may delete your account from inside the app or through the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, or legal reasons. If an account is deleted, we remove the associated Dream Lab account data subject to any legally required retention.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Dream Lab evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice inside the app or on the website.
